How To Ride A Bike?
Are you embarrassed that you don’t know how to ride bike? Then you wanted to learn how to ride because you wanted to be satisfied by one of the healthiest forms of self-transportation. If you don’t have any experience in riding a bike, then I will teach you how to ride.
The first thing you need do is to buy cheap road bikes from stores or borrow from your friend, if you don’t have one. Then prepare the bike by lowering the seat so that it would be easy to you while riding. Get to know the balance of bike by pushing yourself and glide until you are familiarize on how the bike steers and leans and if you’re confident enough with your balance.
When you start pedaling, it would be better if someone is holding you behind and you try to pedal slowly so you can maintain your balance while you’re pedaling. After you are done practicing for a couple of minutes, the person assisted you can now release his or her hands as you keep your balance while pedaling.
When you are ready and confident enough, ride alone. Your seat must still be lowered enough where you can put both of your feet flat on the ground, to avoid unnecessary injuries. Practice again for a couple of minutes and try not to put down your feet on the ground to train your sense of balance.
After a couple of minutes practicing where you gained enough experience. Raise the seat up to the more appropriate height, where only your toes can touch the ground while seated. Practice again for a couple of minutes.
When you are able to start, pedal, balance and stop, you have just learned how to ride a bike. Wear always safety equipment when riding a bike, to avoid injuries and accidents.
